Role Overview: The Customer Experience division at Mercedes-Benz AG is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction to our clients. As a part of this dynamic team, you will engage with customers and visitors from around the globe, ensuring a seamless experience during their interactions with our facilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries related to plant tours at the Mercedes-Benz Sindelfingen facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate with external service providers and agencies to facilitate smooth operations of plant tours.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of processes aimed at improving customer experiences.
- Assist in creating presentations and communication materials for management review.
- Support the enhancement of the online booking system for plant tours in partnership with IT service providers.
- Operate the customer center hotline and provide assistance to conference guests.
- Handle specific conference inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, with a focus on event management, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Previous experience in customer service or visitor management is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong affinity for the brand and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication abilities and eloquence.
