Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Support Engineer, der sich auf die Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen zu unseren Produkten sein.

Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Produktentwicklung und Produktmanagement werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Lösung von Kundenanfragen spielen. Sie werden eine erste Fehleranalyse durchführen, eng mit unseren Kooperationspartnern zusammenarbeiten und unsere Support-Prozesse und -Tools kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Fachinformatiker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Support von komplexen Softwarelösungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Linux und im Netzwerkbereich, insbesondere IPSec, TCP/IP, Netzplanung und Routing-Techniken
  • Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und im Management von Support-Prozessen
  • Sicher in der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
