Electrical Engineer - Senior

This is a senior electrical engineer position that offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of stakeholders, from suppliers to customers, in a collaborative, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop auxiliary converters for railway and bus applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide support to production teams during series testing and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the service and repair department to diagnose and rectify system faults and provide after-sales support.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, with more than 5 years of professional experience in converter development.
  • Experience with SiC semiconductors is a plus.
  • A PhD in power electronics is beneficial, though not required.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy collaborating in an international and interdisciplinary team environment and can effectively prioritize tasks for optimal results.
