- Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Entwicklung von Infrastrukturlösungen in den Bereichen NAS, SAN und Object Storage.
- Mitwirkung bei der Projektierung und der Architekturplanung.
- Enger Austausch mit den Kollegen der Virtualisierungsumgebung, insbesondere mit Vmware und Veeam, sowie im Bereich Backup (CommVault) und dem Team für Forschungsunterstützung.
- Verantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme und den Betrieb von S3-Speichersystemen, cDot-Clustern und Metroclustern von Netapp.
- Erwartete Expertise in der Analyse und Lösung von Problemen in komplexen Systemlandschaften, insbesondere im Bereich SMB/NFS, S3 und Fibre Channel.
- Gestaltung und Implementierung unterstützender Tools und Arbeitsabläufe.
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, sowohl remote als auch an verschiedenen Schulungsstandorten in Deutschland.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netapp, Ontap und Metrocluster.
- Erfahrung mit Object Storage und S3 in produktiven Umgebungen.
- Gute Scripting-Kenntnisse in Powershell und Shell zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben.
- Vertrautheit mit Ontapi und REST API.
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien und Containern im On-Premise-Bereich.
- Fähigkeit zur Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Windows- und *nix-Systemen.
- Problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, unkonventionelle Ansätze zu verfolgen und zu präsentieren.
- Freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen sowie die Fähigkeit, englischsprachige Dokumentationen zu verstehen.
