Agile Transformation Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Master IT to join our team at Festo. As an Agile Master IT, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing agile methodologies and practices within the team and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals to promote an agile mindset and achieve continuous improvement
- Facilitate and support agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear and prioritized product and sprint planning
- Identify and remove obstacles to continuously increase team progress
- Promote communication and collaboration within different product teams
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant field, such as business informatics, business administration, or psychology
- Several years of professional experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Very good knowledge of Scrum techniques and agile principles
- Certifications in the agile field, such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe, are an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Strong coaching skills and experience in training and developing teams
- Ability to positively shape change and lead teams through change
- Holistic thinking, analytical approach, and a self-motivated, solution-oriented way of working
