We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Rovell Hotelbetriebsverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and quality to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide half-board service at buffet and menu
- Offer service in the bar
- Deliver service à la carte
- Prepare and serve popular cocktails and mixed drinks according to recipes
- Independently manage a service station
- Process own cash register transactions
- Provide gastronomic support for conference areas
- Partially stock tables with supplies
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Previous experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality is an asset
- Experience with EDV cash register systems is an asset
- Goal-oriented, guest-friendly work attitude, flexibility, and resilience
- Confident, reliable, and charming demeanor
- Service-oriented mindset and quality awareness
- High team skills and enjoyment of working with guests
- Fluent German language skills, additional foreign language (e.g. English) is an asset
- Work in one of Germany's most popular holiday regions
