Role Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic intern (f/m/d) to take on the role of media content creator. In this position, you will be tasked with shaping engaging and pertinent content, producing videos and visuals for our social media platforms and other communication channels. Your efforts will be crucial in upholding a robust brand presence on LinkedIn and assisting our leadership in establishing themselves as credible authorities on the future of work and HR-related matters.
As a media content creator, you will brainstorm and execute concepts for photos and videos, handling the shooting and editing processes independently.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a university degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, film, or related fields. Proficient in both German and English. A strong passion for filmmaking. Initial experience with camera operation. A keen eye for visual composition. Potential experience in lighting scenes and sound recording. Ability to creatively and independently execute ideas. Capable of shooting, scheduling, and editing video content. Proficient in post-production tasks, including editing, animation, color grading, and audio management. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and resilience.Technical Skills:
Basic familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut, After Effects, and Photoshop, as well as Camtasia. Understanding of image formats and resolutions. Knowledge of camera, sound, and lighting equipment.Preferred Skills:
Exceptional communication and event management abilities. Proficient in crafting promotional content in both German and English. Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word. Experience with social media platforms. Initial exposure to SAP internal systems is advantageous.
