Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our internal team as a Content Creator Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and uploading relevant content on our social media channels, building an audience, and engaging with customers. You will also monitor metrics, engage with comments, and create creative designs to cultivate a strong brand identity on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, review, edit, and update content for websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar assets.
- Conduct research and interviews to learn about current trends and developments, and contextualize your findings.
- Assist the creative team with designing promotional materials.
- Use social media to engage with consumers, respond to questions, and promote company initiatives.
- Suggest new ways to promote offerings and reach HR Experts.
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Requirements
- Currently a student of a university or university of applied sciences with a focus on social media and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design, or related subjects.
- Fluency in both German and English is a must.
- First experiences with SAP internal systems are a plus.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Graphic design skills – InDesign, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools are also a plus.
Nice to Have
- Video production skills – After Effects, Camtasia, or other video production tools.
