About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Plug and Play. As the first point of contact for external providers and internal departments, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of information between team members and management
  • Coordinate with external providers, including insurances, suppliers, and authorities
  • Provide basic accounting and HR support, including collecting invoices and reviewing team expenses
  • Manage office logistics, including inventory and supplies
  • Organize team events and celebrations
  • Support the Managing Director with daily tasks, including calendar management and expense reports
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills in German and English. Experience with MacOS and MS Office is a plus. A business or administrative sciences background is ideal.
