About the role:
We are seeking a Product Innovation Specialist (m/f/d) to join our App area in developing innovative mobile applications that enhance the healthcare experience for our customers.
About your responsibilities:
- Lead UX activities, focusing on design activities in the app area.
- Plan and select user-centered methods to ensure effective design solutions.
- Integrate UX research to understand the context of use, working closely with UX Researchers.
- Create design concepts and conceptual modeling with variations; information architectures, navigation structures, and wireframes.
- Conduct UX workshops, utilizing design thinking principles.
- Define and visualize interaction flows.
- Implement and design sensory UI design in Figma.
- Integrate our corporate identity and corporate design in the UI design through close collaboration with the brand team.
- Present your ideas and concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner.
About you:
- Your design approaches are grounded in the Human Centered Design process.
- Experience with Figma or comparable prototyping/design tools is essential.
- Practical experience in interdisciplinary UX workshops is required.
- High level of self-organization, with the ability to take initiative and track progress.
- Ability to balance brand, usability, accessibility, and conversion goals.
- Strong feedback and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German at an intermediate level or above.
