Within the Marketing Labs, the CRM team is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining, and engaging fans and consumers. Collaborating with various Labs sectors such as Consumer Development, Digital Concepts & Creation, Media Planning & Operations, Digital Commercial Partnerships, and Data Analytics, we develop strategies for diverse CRM touchpoints.
Are you interested in becoming a part of our team? Join us as our new **Student Assistant (all genders)** in the **Marketing Labs – CRM Campaigning** area.
What you will learn:
- Management of fan interactions in the digital space across genre and label boundaries
- Assisting in the development of new consumer tools from initial concept to implementation in daily operations
- Independent, creative work within an agile team
- Become a valuable member of our team and learn how to lead small projects to success
- Acquisition of consumer data using custom-created tools & services (e.g., newsletters, tour alerts, music discovery tools, personalized music recommendations)
- Gain insight into the structures of a leading international music label and training in various areas of CRM and marketing
Your responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation of newsletter concepts for artists and brands across different genres
- Assist in creating subscriber acquisition campaigns across our channels (newsletter, messaging platforms)
- Help optimize direct-to-consumer campaigns based on the development, behavior, and values of various customer segments
- Prepare reports and performance analyses of these campaigns, deriving data-driven recommendations for our artists and brands
- Assist in setting up our newsletters for the streaming platform and related automations
Requirements:
- You are an enrolled student
- You possess a hands-on mentality and drive topics forward in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong organizational skills are one of your key strengths; you act efficiently and communicate clearly
- You can formulate creative guiding ideas for consumer engagement campaigns in the digital realm
- You have a high affinity for technology
- You embody customer orientation and have a good sense for direct communication with customers/consumers in marketing
