- Designing and developing photovoltaic systems tailored for commercial vehicle applications, particularly focusing on buses and trucks.
- Conducting feasibility assessments and conceptualizing new ideas.
- Overseeing system testing and validation processes.
- Engaging in requirements engineering and drafting detailed specifications.
- Coordinating projects among various internal teams and external partners.
- Creating wiring schematics and system architectures.
- Performing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (D-FMEA) for multiple projects.
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in system development engineering, ideally within the automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge in system engineering or electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with photovoltaic systems is a plus.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with a willingness to work on test benches and vehicles.
- A commitment to sustainability in both personal and professional practices.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is advantageous.
