Job Description

Freigeist Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Venture Capital Analyst to join our team in Bonn. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for supporting the investment decision-making process, conducting market and competition analyses, and validating business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the investment decision-making process by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and financial data
  • Conduct thorough research on potential investment opportunities, including due diligence and financial modeling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics
  • Relevant work experience in investment analysis, financial planning, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation software
