Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich etwa 20 Stunden pro Woche an Projekten im Bereich People & Culture / Training.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der didaktischen und visuellen Gestaltung sowie der Entwicklung von digitalen Lernmaterialien.
  • Sie evaluieren bestehende Lerninhalte hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität, Relevanz und Aktualität.
  • Sie bearbeiten anfallende Supportanfragen im Trainingssystem MOCS 2.0.
  • Sie wirken an verschiedenen Initiativen innerhalb der Trainingsabteilung (One University) mit.

Ihr Profil

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

  • Eine Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie mitbringen.
  • Ein Studium in Medien- und Bildungsmanagement, digitalen Medien und Kommunikation, (Erwachsenen-)Pädagogik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich absolvieren.
  • Idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources, Personalentwicklung oder Training gesammelt haben.
  • Kreativ sind und Interesse an Mediengestaltung haben, sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Grafiksoftware und/oder Videobearbeitungsprogrammen besitzen.
  • Offen, kommunikativ, äußerst zuverlässig und ein Teamplayer sind.
  • Strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten zu Ihren Stärken zählt.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringen.
  • Interesse daran haben, in einem international agierenden Unternehmen tätig zu sein.
