Überblick über die Aufgaben

Als Business Development Manager/-in (m/w/d) bei der EGROMA GmbH bist du für die Etablierung von Geschäftsprozessen verantwortlich. Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien, um das Unternehmen weiter zu wachsen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Geschäftsprozesse etablieren: Du entwickelst und implementierst effiziente Geschäftsprozesse, um das Unternehmen weiter zu wachsen.
  • Prozessverbesserung: Du analysierst und optimierst unsere internen Abläufe, um die Effizienz zu steigern.
  • Projekte begleiten: Du begleitest die Einführung von neuen IT-Systemen und leitest interne Projekte, welche unser Unternehmen voranbringen.
  • Schulungen: Du bist für die Protokollierung und Aufnahmen von Schulungsmaterialien für unsere interne Schulungsplattform zuständig.
Was wir von Dir erwarten

Wir erwarten von Dir:

  • Erfolgreiches Bachelor oder Master Studium: Ein erfolgreiches Studium im Bereich BWL, Business Administration, Business Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ähnliches.
  • Analytisch-methodisches und strukturiertes Denken: Du musst analytisch und methodisch denken, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Organisationsfähigkeit: Du musst in der Lage sein, unsere internen Abläufe zu organisieren und zu optimieren.
  • Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung: Du musst Ergebnisse erzielen und Lösungen finden, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit: Du musst in der Lage sein, mit unserem Team zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden.
  • Sicherer Auftreten: Du musst sicher und selbstständig auftreten, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Du musst schnell und flexibel sein, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Hohe Disziplin: Du musst diszipliniert sein, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern.
  • Saubere und fehlerfreie Ausdrucksform: Du musst in der Lage sein, saubere und fehlerfreie Texte zu schreiben.
  • Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck: Du musst in der Lage sein, unter Leistungsdruck zu arbeiten und Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
