Supplier Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

With a workforce of approximately 4,000 and production facilities spread across various countries, we maintain a strong presence in all markets. Our applications span across Energy & Process Cooling projects, industrial and commercial sectors, as well as specialized cooling solutions.
Your Responsibilities:This role focuses on the immediate management of supplier-related quality issues and complaints, with a commitment to the continuous enhancement of product and process quality.
- Investigate customer complaints associated with supplier products.
- Conduct supplier development initiatives, including process and product audits.
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the CAQ system and communicate with suppliers to establish Quality Service Agreements (QSV).
- Regularly assess supplier failure statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform random sample checks to ensure ISO9001 compliance and conduct external audits.
- Oversee the planning and execution of initial sampling for vendor components.
- Conduct annual evaluations of suppliers.
We seek candidates who can enhance our team with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent technical or commercial education.
- Training in supplier quality management, such as quality representative, internal auditor, or quality manager.
- Relevant experience in supplier quality management and methodologies (e.g., Continuous Improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
- Technical product knowledge and a solid understanding of technical processes.
- Experience in supplier management and knowledge of legal requirements related to supplier quality.
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office, especially Excel including Pivot Tables).
- A strong analytical mindset with a focus on process KPIs.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
