We deliver exceptional support for infants, children, and premature babies who require ventilation or tracheostomy. Position OverviewIn your role at ARCHE IntensivKinder, you will engage with a maximum of 20 children and infants who depend on intensive care and ventilation. You will be part of a skilled and compassionate team, working across three state-of-the-art intensive care units that specialize in pediatric care and ventilation assistance. Our comprehensive approach to medical, therapeutic, and educational support distinguishes ARCHE IntensivKinder as a leading center in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care as a pediatric/nursing professional, specializing in intensive and home ventilation support.
- Engage respectfully with patients and their families.
- Demonstrate proactive and responsible behavior in all aspects of care.
- Show empathy and understanding towards children with special needs.
- A supportive and knowledgeable team of educators, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Comprehensive training program lasting at least 4 weeks.
- Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
- Opportunities for job shadowing and skill development.
