About Us: You will collaborate with a team of accomplished serial entrepreneurs at Rapid Pioneers Group. In recent years, we have co-founded and invested in numerous iconic consumer brands across Europe. Our current portfolio, which includes over 25 companies such as Yepoda, enpal, everdrop, Wild Deo, and Fitvia, has successfully raised more than $500 million in follow-on funding and employs over 3,000 individuals.

Responsibilities

As Co-Founder / Executive Director (m/f/x), you will establish and expand a D2C brand from our Berlin offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the business strategy for a D2C brand in line with our proven framework
  • Managing budgets and holding full P&L responsibility
  • Recruiting a diverse, cross-functional team
  • Supervising product development initiatives
  • Leading our social media and influencer marketing strategies
  • Collaborating closely with the board and investors
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups
  • An excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field from a prestigious university
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • A hands-on, results-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to start within the next three months
