Your Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute the business model, product vision, and strategic roadmap.
  • Attract new clients through diverse channels, including the company website, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Oversee the company's profit and loss management, including fundraising efforts with our team's assistance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Direct the development of prototypes and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Your Qualifications
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to think innovatively in a fast-paced start-up environment, identifying opportunities and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • A thriving presence in a dynamic, high-speed setting, with a strong inclination towards action and determination.
  • A proven history as an entrepreneur or in a comparable role, with hands-on experience in a high-growth start-up or software company; experience in high-pressure environments such as consulting or investment banking is also valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and promote collaboration across teams.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance.
  • Fluency in both German and English; experience in the security sector is advantageous.
