Service Technician for Loading Systems

Job Overview

Are you ready to travel and explore while working? This role involves the installation and commissioning of advanced loading arms for clients both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of new installations and the commissioning of loading equipment.
  • Perform service and repair tasks on loading systems.
  • Conduct maintenance on our loading systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on operation and maintenance.
  • Resolve technical disruptions effectively.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop problem-solving strategies.
  • Document all activities performed.
  • Engage in projects aimed at enhancing operational processes within technical service.
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Work both in Germany and internationally.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanics, with further qualifications as a technician or master craftsman preferred.
  • Experience in mechanical or plant engineering is essential.
  • Strong knowledge in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical engineering; control technology knowledge is a plus.
  • High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and an independent, reliable work ethic.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is advantageous.
  • Competent PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work at heights is required.

Travel & Work Requirements

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Valid driving license class B is necessary.
