Position: Application Manager SAP IS-U / CRM
Im Bereich Customer IT von Vattenfall ist es unsere Aufgabe, digitale Lösungen und Produkte zu entwickeln und zu betreiben, die unseren Geschäftseinheiten helfen, unser gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen: ein fossilfreies Leben innerhalb einer Generation. Für diese Mission suchen wir einen Application Manager SAP IS-U / CRM.

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb, das Monitoring und die Weiterentwicklung der SAP IS-U/CRM-Systeme.
  • Sicherstellung der täglichen Verfügbarkeit der Systeme im Dialog- und Batch-Betrieb.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business- und IT-Kollegen zur Analyse aktueller Themen und zukünftiger Anforderungen.
  • Optimierung der Prozesse und Applikationsketten in Bezug auf Service Level Agreements.
  • Gewährleistung eines nachhaltigen Betriebsübergangs und Steuerungsmodells für implementierte Änderungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Solution Architekten und Infrastruktur-Teams zur technischen Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und zum Schutz vor Sicherheitsrisiken.
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung der Service Level Agreements sowie des Lifecycle Managements der Systeme.
  • Berichterstattung im Rahmen interner und externer IT-Audits und Umsetzung möglicher Findings.

Anforderungen:

  • Hohes Kommunikationsvermögen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Exzellentes Verständnis der Herausforderungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung für Energieversorgungsunternehmen.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der technischen Funktionsweise von SAP-Systemen, insbesondere im SAP Transport Management sowie in den Prozessen und Modulen von SAP IS-U und CRM.
  • Gutes Verständnis des operativen Steuerungsmodells einer zentralen IT.
  • Erfahrung im Application und System Management von SAP-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
