About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Physical Security Operations team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support administrative activities to ensure the team's operational efficiency
  • Oversee ticketing systems and workflow tools for security tasks
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint
  • Perform checks on supplier-related topics, including invoicing, orders, and assessments
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management
  • Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, with the ability to pick up information quickly and work independently
  • Ideal previous internship experience
  • Availability to visit the Walldorf office regularly (location up to 50 km from the office preferred)
