Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the community manager to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Analyze customer data to optimize sales targets and improve customer retention
  • Work closely with the CRM team to maintain accurate customer records and sales funnels
Requirements:
  • BA/BSc/MA in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong CRM skills, with experience in Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven work style, with a focus on delivery
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
