Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team as a Senior Mechanic. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the organization and execution of maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment and machinery
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production and operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems and equipment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyor systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
