Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Scrum-Master, der unsere agile Methoden und Prinzipien weiterentwickelt und unsere Teams unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze mehrere Scrum-Teams bei der Umsetzung agiler Methoden und Prinzipien.
  • Moderiere Scrum-Meetings wie Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Spring Reviews und Retrospectives.
  • Identifiziere und beseitige Hindernisse, die den Fortschritt des Teams beeinträchtigen.
  • Kommuniziere direkt mit Product Owners und Entwicklern, um die Zusammenarbeit zu optimieren.
  • Führe neue agile Praktiken und Tools ein, um unsere Arbeitsweise kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
  • Teile dein Know-how und lerne von den Best Practices im Team.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Du hast Erfahrung als Scrum-Master oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.
  • Du bist als Scrum-Master zertifiziert (z. B. CSM, PSM) und besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Prinzipien.
  • Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Tools wie Jira, Confluence und anderen agilen Projektmanagement-Tools.
  • Zudem zeichnet dich ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein aus.
  • Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
