Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Spearhead a team dedicated to crafting captivating content tailored for various social media channels.
- Team Leadership: Guide and nurture a creative group to ensure the delivery of exceptional work.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain the consistency of brand identity and messaging across all creative endeavors.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process for social media initiatives.
- Collaborative Strategy: Synchronize creative efforts with overarching marketing goals.
- Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of industry developments to position the brand as a leader in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of professional experience in graphic design and art direction.
- Proficient in Graphic Design, Narrative Development, and Creative Strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Experience in designing for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience working within a distributed team environment.
- Strong storytelling capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in user testing and research methodologies.
- Skills in video editing or illustration.
- Proficiency in copywriting.
- Experience within the technology sector.
