IT Infrastructure Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Infrastructure. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Design and implement a harmonized, stable, and secure IT infrastructure, including data centers, server management, network, storage systems, cloud services, monitoring, and automation.
- Develop and implement a strategy for future cloud utilization, including defining a roadmap for building and operating cloud-based systems.
- Plan and manage projects aimed at harmonizing regional setups, ensuring stakeholder management and timely delivery.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of reliable and efficient IT systems, both on-prem and cloud-based.
- Ensure user support in line with internal targets and maintain user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the building up of an EMEA IT organization, ensuring good alignment with IT and the EMEA region.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT infrastructure, leadership, and technical expertise. You should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in stabilizing and harmonizing IT infrastructure across diverse setups.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience in most of the mentioned areas, including Microsoft Azure, IT networks, identity and access management, operations of Windows servers, or license and asset management.
- ITIL or other IT service management framework knowledge.
- Good listening and fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
