Key Responsibilities

The Head of Admissions will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the entire admissions process, from initial contact to enrollment. This includes developing and implementing a growth strategy to attract, recruit, and retain students across all age groups.

Main Objectives
  • Accompany prospective families through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to achieve target enrollment numbers.
  • Lead the Admissions & Administrative team to ensure efficient administrative processes.
  • Oversee parent communication and lead the team to develop an understanding of each family's needs and interests.
  • Develop key processes to guide parents and students through the admissions process, making it positive, easy, and engaging.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the education sector, experience in sales-focused roles, and strong leadership skills. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to work with CRM systems, and proficiency in English and German.
