Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the execution of new product development and sustaining efforts. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute program plans to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with program sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and progress.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify and mitigate risks to program success.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans to address issues and ensure program continuity.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure program success.
    • Provide regular progress reports to program sponsors and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
