About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director System Innovation to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Project Director System Innovation, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex system innovation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver system innovation projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing complex system innovation projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of system innovation and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
