Additionally, we distribute high-quality licensed and distribution products like Landwirtschafts-Simulator and SnowRunner, enriching our diverse portfolio. Our games are available globally across various platforms, including consoles, smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for part-time or full-time positions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for our global distribution partners, enhancing collaboration.
  • Coordinate order management in conjunction with our DACH Sales Team and logistics teams.
  • Prepare, review, and process various reports.
  • Manage invoicing, verification, and oversight of debtor and creditor accounts in collaboration with our accounting department.
  • Assist with general organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee our game lineup throughout its entire lifecycle.
  • Analyze sales statistics and strategize sales promotions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Passion and knowledge of the video game industry is advantageous.
  • Affinity for sales figures and sales-related data.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Structured, meticulous, and independent working style with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, competent demeanor when interacting with partners.
