Job Title: Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Schneider Electric GmbH. As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and compliance across our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Director in day-to-day operations to drive financial performance and compliance.
  • Lead the month-end close process, including quarterly forecast, with the support of junior controllers, to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement.
  • Drive and optimize the performance of the project business for our German entity, identifying trends and action plans, and collaborating with business leaders.
  • Contribute to global finance transformation initiatives, including digitization and automation, to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Your Profile:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in a project business.
  • English and German (professional level), with French or Spanish as a plus.
  • Advanced user experience in ERP Systems (SAP) and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI/Tableau) or a strong willingness to learn.
