Key Responsibilities- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Establish and maintain key operations metrics and communicate them to leadership and stakeholders
- Document standard operating procedures and ensure best practices are shared across departments
- Work closely with stakeholders to build support and resources for projects and initiatives
- Independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects
As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon. You will use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan, leading to improved operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Past experience collaborating and communicating with senior management and technology teams
- Data analysis skills, including SQL and Excel
- Experience in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of complex dependencies
- Experience with Python or R, proficient in Excel, and knowledge of data visualization software
