Job Description
We're seeking a skilled VIP Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating closely with VIP clients through various channels to ensure exceptional customer service;
- Analyzing customer complaints and suggestions to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Monitoring customer activity and creating personalized activation plans to drive engagement;
- Performing daily analysis of client activity to identify trends and areas for growth;
- Working with high-value clients to increase deposits and turnover;
- Resolving issues related to unsuccessful deposits and withdrawals;
- Tracking and improving group and individual performance indicators.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and intermediate-level English;
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
