Job Description

We're seeking a skilled VIP Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating closely with VIP clients through various channels to ensure exceptional customer service;
  • Analyzing customer complaints and suggestions to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Monitoring customer activity and creating personalized activation plans to drive engagement;
  • Performing daily analysis of client activity to identify trends and areas for growth;
  • Working with high-value clients to increase deposits and turnover;
  • Resolving issues related to unsuccessful deposits and withdrawals;
  • Tracking and improving group and individual performance indicators.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and intermediate-level English;
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
