Position Overview

As a Change Management Consultant at Corporate Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the complexities of change, particularly in SAP projects. Your expertise will be essential in understanding and addressing the needs of various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Impact Analysis: Evaluate the implications of organizational changes within SAP initiatives, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Change Strategy Development: Formulate change concepts, perform thorough analyses, assess organizational readiness, and implement targeted actions based on Change Impact Analysis.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize, lead, and moderate workshops while managing communication strategies effectively.
  • Team Development: Foster the creation of High-Performance Teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor selected Key Performance Indicators to assess the success of implemented change initiatives.
  • International Team Leadership: Oversee diverse teams across various locations, ensuring accountability for outcomes in organizational development.
  • Employer Branding Support: Assist in change processes that enhance the company's reputation as a desirable employer.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SAP consulting with practical involvement in SAP projects.
  • Extensive background in Change Management specific to SAP projects, with a focus on workshop design and facilitation.
  • A relevant academic background in Business Administration, Business Education, Business Informatics, Communications, or Psychology.
  • Expertise in Stakeholder Management, with the ability to create and execute effective communication strategies.
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to shift perspectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients across different organizational levels.
  • Proficient presentation abilities in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Additional certifications in systemic consulting, coaching, or Change Management are advantageous.
