Director of MCU Ecosystems and Solutions

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the global MCU infrastructure business development strategy, focusing on high-performance computing (HPC) applications. Your key objectives will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to increase MCU design wins in target markets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key executives and engineering leads at target customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement platform and solution selling strategies.
- Leading project teams to achieve targets and increase market penetration.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in microcontrollers.
- At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on product marketing and application engineering.
- Proven experience in business development, with a track record of driving growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
