Financial Planning Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Merchant Finance and Strategy team at Wolt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and developing our Merchant Partners' performance perspective by building a Merchant P&L. You will also manage the weekly reporting cadence and ensure efficient reporting to all stakeholders, supporting them in identifying development opportunities or areas for closer examination.

Your Responsibilities
  • Refine the P&L and KPIs for our Merchant operations and implement technical tracking towards plans
  • Run the weekly reporting process, providing central and local teams with insights and keeping them honest on tracking towards targets
  • Work closely with local Merchant teams and business line management, supporting their work with reports, analyses, and insights
  • Develop forecasting methods and logic used for business planning at Wolt
  • Develop financial models and scenarios to support business planning and decision-making
  • Over time, you will likely also start zooming into our other B2B business areas and building performance management reporting for those as well (e.g., Wolt Drive, Self Delivery)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably from a role overseeing tens of thousands of customers
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner, in English
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
