About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Point Administrator to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our charge points across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our network of charge points, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the overall efficiency of our charge point operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP and other relevant systems.
