We are seeking a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Human Resources Department. In this role, you will oversee both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition, including crafting job advertisements, managing applicant pipelines, conducting interviews, and handling employment contracts. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping our sustainable recruitment approach, assist in hiring for Legal roles, ensure an exceptional candidate journey, collaborate with external partners, and generate HR-related analytics.

Your qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Human Resources Management
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong decision-making skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
