Your Responsibilities.
  • As the Digital Workplace Team Leader, you will oversee a group of skilled IT architects within our value center, managing all personnel and organizational matters related to your team.
  • You will ensure the ongoing and personalized development of your team, maintain structured and transparent resource management, and enhance the business value of services and projects within the organization.
  • Your leadership will drive our transition towards collaborative and agile IT practices, fostering digital leadership skills, promoting self-organized teams, and nurturing an environment of trust, openness, and a commitment to learning and performance.
  • Each architect will hold technical accountability for their respective services and report functionally to their Service Group lead. You will be the lead architect responsible for all technical matters within the organization.
  • In collaboration with the architects, you will guarantee the high-quality delivery of services across Siemens, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • As the chapter leader, you will assist service owners in optimizing resource management by recruiting both internal and external talent.
  • You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal clients and external partners, laying the groundwork for high-performance, user-focused services.
  • Your role will involve creating the necessary conditions for teams to excel, overseeing guidelines, methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • You will aid service owners in crafting exceptional user experience journeys for their services, emphasizing customer-centric approaches and developing digital marketing strategies.
  • Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with service owners on the commercial aspects of existing services, including change requests and financial negotiations, as well as supporting the RFP processes for new service development.
Your Qualifications.
  • A university degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in leading international and cross-functional teams.
  • A strong passion for implementing digitalization to empower businesses in harnessing digital capabilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for innovative solutions, a growth mindset, and a curiosity to continuously learn from market trends and developments.
