Job Title: Finance and Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as general ledger accounting independently, including recording business transactions in the accounting software.
  • Support the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Prepare statistics, reports, and analyses, including the development of planning and controlling tools.
  • Manage invoice workflows, general invoicing, and contract management. Process invoice documents and payment transactions, monitor direct debit procedures, and prepare reminder runs.
  • Manage bank accounts, maintain authorization rights, and coordinate intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Handle correspondence with suppliers, external service providers, and customers, providing prepared documents to the tax advisor in digital format.
  • Assist in general commercial tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial education.
  • Experience in a similar position in the finance and accounting field.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Demonstrate a careful and structured work style with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork.
