Trainee in Mechanical Construction

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are eager to embark on a career as a Mechanical Construction Trainee with our esteemed company, BERDING BETON GmbH. This role provides a valuable opportunity to learn and develop within the field of mechanical construction.

The training program spans a 3.5-year period and encompasses both industrial and artisanal practices. Unlike traditional Industrial Mechanic training, this position emphasizes the creation and assembly of machine components and custom parts, including protective barriers, molds, gates, and staircases. Trainees will operate in our central workshop, gaining hands-on experience in essential skills such as cutting, welding, turning, milling, and fastening.

All necessary tools and machinery will be made available for your training, and you will frequently work on projects based on technical drawings or sample pieces.

The minimum educational requirement for this position is the completion of secondary education.
