Trainee in Construction Mechanics

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are eager to embark on a career as a Construction Mechanic with our esteemed company, BERDING BETON GmbH. This role provides a valuable opportunity to learn and develop skills in the field of construction mechanics.

The training program spans a 3.5-year period and encompasses both industrial and artisanal aspects. Unlike the Industrial Mechanic training, this position emphasizes the production and assembly of machinery and customized components, including protective grids, molds, gates, and staircases. Trainees will operate in our main workshop, where they will acquire essential skills such as cutting, welding, turning, milling, and screwing. All necessary equipment and tools will be made available for your training, allowing you to create components based on technical drawings or samples.

The minimum educational qualification required for this position is the completion of secondary education.
