About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann GmbH. As a Quality Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management measures to enhance the quality of care services
  • Conduct internal audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to promote communication and quality awareness
  • Develop and optimize internal processes to improve the quality of care services
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on quality matters
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Nursing Specialist
  • Certification in Quality Management (minimum 140 hours) or as a Nursing Services Manager (minimum 460 hours)
  • Extensive experience as a full-time nursing professional
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS-Office programs
