Your Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute audit services focusing on support functions (e.g., Accounting, Tax, Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Legal, Strategy, HR).
- Assess and analyze organizational frameworks, business workflows, associated risks, and the control environment.
- Collaborate with the business to formulate recommendations and corrective actions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, structures, and controls.
- Draft clear and concise audit reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure comprehensive and transparent documentation of audit services.
- Present audit findings to management.
- Oversee the implementation of recommendations.
- Foster reliable and trustworthy collaboration with the business and relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to high-quality standards in Internal Audit.
- Assist in the annual audit planning process.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in related business areas such as Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Procurement, or similar.
- Familiarity with Internal Audit or similar functions is advantageous.
- Strong business insight, awareness of risks and fraud, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Analytical, critical, and process-oriented mindset with sound judgment and professional curiosity.
- Passionate about leveraging new technologies, including AI and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong stakeholder and conflict management abilities.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative work style, sensitive to diversity and supportive of inclusion.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as German being a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CFE) are a plus.
