Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of marketing through technology and innovation to enhance connectivity. Manage projects focused on technology adoption in key markets, collaborating with stakeholders across various marketing disciplines to maximize commercial impact through audience-centric marketing.
  • Guide markets in the successful integration of our Customer Data Platform.
  • Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for technology initiatives, gather data-driven requirements, and provide guidance on adopting new marketing technologies based on specific use cases. Ensure project timelines are met and proactively address any challenges.
  • Translate marketing goals and technology needs into a coherent implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with clear business objectives. Bridge the gap between technology and business, providing essential educational support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in marketing, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in technology and/or marketing, with a track record of leading transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in IT project management.
  • Strong technological expertise in areas such as data management, CRM, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree combined with significant professional experience in the field is also welcomed.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Ability to lead sub-project teams effectively and persuade stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Siemens Healthineers' business strategy and your role in advancing it.
  • Strong quality orientation and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • A genuine passion for healthcare that inspires innovative thinking.
  • This position may require occasional international travel.
