About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top tech talent to drive our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and tech teams.
  • Source and attract top tech talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Collaborate with our tech teams to ensure a seamless hiring process and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
