About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Recruiter to join our People & Culture Team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding top talents in the tech sector and leading the recruitment drive for a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a passionate team to redefine tech recruitment and engage in exciting projects that shape the future.
  • Thrive in an environment that values innovation, growth, and fun, and collaborate with our tech teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Champion a positive and unforgettable candidate journey, using the latest digital methods to connect with the best talents.
  • Design and deliver magnetic job ads that stand out, and scout the tech world for the brightest Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Experts, and other Tech Artists.
  • Use your flair for multitasking and navigating dynamic environments to deliver results and drive growth.
Requirements
  • A tech lover with a recruitment heart, adept at connecting and resonating with diverse tech talents.
  • Familiarity with the latest in recruitment software and platforms, and mastery in communication, both written and verbal.
  • A solid track record in tech recruiting, with a background in business, either through studies or experience.
  • Fluent in English, with a passion for growing and learning from the complexities of Cloud Integration.
