About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product development efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of product management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the product strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
