Product Director

We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our Core Business team and drive the development of our food delivery experience for Pandora, Yemeksepeti, and Foodora.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a world-class food delivery experience.
- Engage with our global customer base to understand their needs and define a clear vision for our core business user experience.
- Work closely with Business leaders to build consensus around the vision and communicate progress.
- Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure rapid implementation and stable operations.
- Be a hands-on leader who dives deep into critical issues to help unblock the team and maintain momentum.
- Define ambitious objectives and implement measurement mechanisms to ensure they are being achieved.
- Grow a team of talented Product Managers by actively hiring and coaching them.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in Product Management within large consumer-facing organizations and 5+ years leading a product team experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience leading complex company-wide initiatives and ability to set and hold teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority.
- Successful experience managing and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated rational and data-driven approach to solving problems.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
